“COVID-19 has created an unprecedented upheaval in the American culture,
with over 245,000 fatalities, skyrocketing unemployment, and countless changes to education, daily routines, and social interaction. As more data becomes available, the pandemic’s effects now reflect its enormous toll on mental health and an exploding demand for new treatment options.”
Engage with our favorite psychologist and visiting priest, Fr. Matthew Malek as he discusses mental health in COVID-19 times.

Matthew Malek is an Associate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and completed his graduate program at St. Mary’s University School of Graduate Professional Psychology in Minneapolis.
