Irene Cooper passed away on April 11, 2023. Her funeral will be held at the Church of the Risen Savior on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation at the church is from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
The burial will take place at Fort Snelling at a later date.
