The Committee meets on an as-needed basis, generally 5-6 times per year. One member also serves as the committee representative to the Life Long Faith Formation Commission.
Mission Statement:
The Risen Savior Adult Faith Formation Committee, guided by the Holy Spirit and the Risen Savior Mission Statement, provides a vibrant, nourishing, spiritual environment where all adults in our diverse parish community can grow in faith, make the Gospel a relevant and shared part of their daily lives, and participate as modern day disciples of Jesus in all areas of life.
Goals:
To invite and welcome all adults to encounter Jesus in the fullness of our Catholic faith.
To foster Gospel values in our parish so that our faith will have an impact on every family, as it is considered the “domestic church,” and in our community in general.
To nourish and enrich our adults to continue their faith and spiritual formation, and to live their faith through prayer, study, and action.
To encourage and develop enthusiasm for personal faith among our adult parishioners so that they may desire to share it in their families and with others.
