Growing Through Loss is a non-denominational coalition sponsored by the Interdenominational South Suburban Grief Support Coalition.
Growing Through Loss provides:
Support for adults who have experienced a loss; information about the grieving process; caring and support from others who are also grieving; sharing of memories and feelings in a confidential setting.
The Fall 2019 series is held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 7600 Cahill Ave. East, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076; phone (651) 451-6225.
Tuesdays, September 10, 17, 24 and October 1 & 8, 2019
Time: Tuesdays, 7:00-9:00 p.m.; Registration 6:30-7:00 p.m., Speaker 7:00-7:50 p.m., Support Groups 8:00-9:00 p.m.
Suggested donation: $3.00/person per session
Each session is complete in itself; attend one or all. Breakout groups are facilitated by trained leaders who understand the grieving process.

September 24, 2019: Accepting, Managing and Embracing Our Difficult Emotions, presented by Jim Becker, Group Facilitator and Presenter, Prince of Peace Grief Support Group
October 1, 2019: Let Music be a Bridge Between This Life and the Next, presented by Bonnie Bowman, Speaker on Grief, Musician
October 8, 2019: Evening of Remembrance with Pastor Lindsey Bina, Congregational Care Pastor, Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church.
