Lenore Louise Horvat (Nelson), passed away Monday, June 4, 2018.  Visitation is scheduled for 4-7 p.m. Monday, June 11 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Avenue, Apple Valley and 1 hour prior to service at church.  Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, June 12, 11 a.m., at the Church of the Risen Savior.
