Francis S. Slovak, age 77 of Apple Valley, MN, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. A Memorial Service will be held at the Church of the Risen Savior on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Service.
